Hello! We are the Truitt Family from Pasadena, MD. My name is Tim and I am a licensed Home Inspector for all of Maryland. My wife and I decided to put my attention to detail and knowledge about houses to use and create this company! You may be wondering where we got the name 'LR' from - family is the most important aspect of my life so we thought it would only make sense to name the company after our two sons, Levi and Ryder.

All homes will receive an in depth inspection which observes the home through a safety lens. Using a variety of tools, I will be checking and making note of areas that are potential safety hazards as well as the general function of the home. Areas of inspection include :

Structure and Foundation

I’m not just a professional Home Inspection Service, I’m an advocate for you.
Before the Inspection
Choose an available date in the calendar below. Call or send a text with your name and the property's address. I will respond with available times and ask for any other needed information. Once a date and time has been confirmed, I will review the quote with you and answer any questions you may have.
During the Inspection
On arrival to the property, I will have the inspection agreement for you to review and sign. Inspections may take 2-3 hours depending on the size and needs of the property. I will be taking pictures and making notes of various parts of the property that are a potential safety risk or do not function properly.
After the Inspection
Once the inspection is completed, payment will be required before leaving the property. An easy to follow inspection report will be provided to you via email within 48 hours.
Walk and Talk
Unable to ask for a full inspection, or need to fast track an offer!?
~Don't sacrifice the safety that comes with a home inspection~
Our Walk and Talk option would be a great alternative!
Have Tim come to the showing with you for a one hour window and he will help point out any major safety concerns the property may have.
This is a more casual option as there is no formal report created, hence the name 'Walk and Talk' but this could help in deciding if the home is a good fit for you!
